    Before being an Olympic discipline, the trampoline was used in the Air Force and NASA for the training of pilots! Then you will not go to the moon or become an airplane pilot with these courses, but thanks to our partnership with FFGYm and our coach Alex, beginners will be able to learn this discipline. They will learn the safety actions to adopt as well as the basic jumps. As a final goal, after 4 sessions, the herb trampolinists will be able to perform a chain of 4-5 basic jumps while elegance and dynamism!trampoline course
